Since his entrance, at the tender age of 16, Bristol DJ/remixer/producer Joker has been swept up by the UK bass scene. Through a series of his own seminal releases Kapsize EP, “Digidesign”, “Purple City”, hi-profile remixes for Basement Jaxx, Simian Mobile Disco, Sean Paul and Roni Size and non-stop international djing, he’s muscled his way to the forefront of British dance music with a defining combination of digitized synths and booming, crunchy basslines of soul and funk. The Vision Remix EP is a taste of his debut LP The Vision out Nov 8th, featuring an extended version of the title track with Jessie Ware and Freddie Gibbs, drum & bass icon Goldie’s remix of “On My Mind” and Tiesto’s drama-filled, monster remix of “Slaughterhouse” featuring Silas of Turboweekend. It’s dubstep, drum & bass and progressive house representing the cream of UK dance.
